We are a global community dedicated to improving the mental health and well-being of every and any single individual. It doesn't matter who you are, where you come from, or what background you have. We're all humans and we are all here to help, every single one of us.
Everyone is welcomed and recommended to post their mental health experiences publicly or anonymously in order to facilitate a discussion in a safe and affirming environment where your story will be heard.
Our server is about helping people with issues that they are dealing with, our goal is to help people who struggle with family issues, mental health issues, substance use, SH, SI, and so much more, even if you want someone to talk to without judgement, this is the place for you!
